AI strategy assistant conversations

When Nova is enabled, messages are processed through Google Cloud Conversational Agents to provide the requested conversation. NovaCore may receive structured contact details and a concise project summary only when a visitor chooses a handoff. Conversation text is not sent to website analytics. Do not share passwords, payment information, health information, privileged legal material, or other sensitive or confidential data in chat.

Chat availability and retention depend on the configured Google Cloud environment and NovaCore's approved data settings. Visitors may use the consultation form instead of the assistant.

Spotify advertising measurement

For our U.S.-focused High Level Engineers advertising, we use the Spotify Pixel unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. It measures page visits, consultation-link clicks, phone-link clicks, chat opens, and accepted consultation requests to understand campaign results. A phone-link click is not a confirmed call, and a chat open is not a lead.

Spotify may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page addresses, advertising identifiers and event timestamps. We do not send form answers, email addresses, phone numbers or chat messages to Spotify, and automated advanced matching is disabled. Campaign tags and Spotify click IDs may be retained for 30 days across engineers.novacoremedia.com and novacoremedia.com and included with your inquiry so our team can identify its source.

You can opt out of this measurement or change your choice using Your privacy choices in the footer. No acceptance popup is required to use the site. An explicit preference is retained for six months across these sites. Spotify’s first-party measurement cookie can remain for up to 12 months. Global Privacy Control keeps Spotify measurement off. Declining does not prevent a consultation request. Spotify determines retention and use of data it receives under its privacy policy.

Microsoft Clarity website analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity on novacoremedia.com and engineers.novacoremedia.com to understand page visits and how visitors use our sites through interaction measurements, heatmaps, and session recordings. Microsoft may receive device and browser details, page addresses, interaction data, and online identifiers. Form fields and chat areas are masked; we do not send form answers or chat messages as analytics events.

Use the Clarity analytics control in the footer to opt out across these two sites. Global Privacy Control and an existing Spotify measurement opt-out also keep Clarity off.
