LOCAL SIGNAL · $1,500/MONTH
Local Signal is for a service business focused on one primary market and a practical set of revenue-driving services. The program aligns public facts, strengthens core service and location content, improves answer readiness, and establishes a documented visibility baseline before work is judged.
The work is not a city-name template program. Local relevance comes from accurate business information, substantial service explanations, real operating policies, useful local context, reputable profiles, and evidence from the wider community. Each page should help a buyer decide whether the company is appropriate for the job.
Local business information often drifts across the website, profiles, directories, social accounts, and partner pages. A category may be too broad, a service area may be ambiguous, or old phone numbers and hours may remain visible. These conflicts make the buyer experience worse and weaken machine confidence in basic facts.
A second problem is shallow local content. Repeating a city name does not demonstrate capability. Buyers need service detail, process, scope boundaries, response expectations, proof, and answers to location-specific questions. NovaCore turns those information gaps into a prioritized publishing and profile-maintenance plan.
The program focuses on the platforms and profiles most relevant to the local buyer journey. It may observe Google and Bing local discovery, AI answers, major assistants, and voice-oriented queries, while treating profile management and website publishing as separate accountable workstreams.
The owner approves service areas, categories, policies, credentials, and any claim that could affect customer expectations. NovaCore does not invent locations, create doorway pages, or publish fabricated reviews and community references.
The baseline separates branded accuracy from non-branded discovery. Reporting can include consistency of core facts, crawl and index status, local service coverage, observed answer accuracy, source appearances where visible, and competitor share across the agreed prompt set.
NovaCore does not guarantee a particular ranking, citation, recommendation, model output, media placement, revenue result, or third-party platform behavior. Scope, assumptions, and limitations are documented before work begins.
The working deliverables are designed to remain useful after a presentation ends. They include an approved source of truth for important facts and scope, a prioritized issue and opportunity register, evidence-backed recommendations, implementation owners, review requirements, and a measurement specification. Where publishing is involved, briefs identify the buyer question, visible answer, supporting evidence, internal links, structured facts, reviewer, and update trigger. Where software or automation is involved, specifications identify the user, system of record, states, permissions, exceptions, acceptance criteria, and operating owner.
NovaCore also preserves the artifacts needed to audit decisions: observation records, screenshots where appropriate, calculation definitions, implementation status, assumptions, exclusions, and unresolved dependencies. An executive summary can simplify those findings, but it never replaces the underlying evidence. This makes it possible to distinguish a completed change from a proposed change and a measured observation from a projection.
The first phase establishes the baseline and resolves blocking facts. The second phase implements the highest-value technical, editorial, authority, integration, or workflow changes in an order that respects dependencies. The third phase reviews adoption, exceptions, quality, and comparable measurements. Work that creates risk or lacks an accountable owner does not move forward simply to satisfy an activity target.
Priorities can change when the evidence changes. A crawl issue may need to be resolved before new content can be evaluated. A profile conflict may need owner approval before entity work continues. An automation may need a narrower pilot after exception testing. The operating rhythm makes those decisions visible so scope remains tied to the business problem rather than to a fixed volume of outputs.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
It is designed around one primary market, which may be a city, county, or coherent metro service area. The agreed scope should match how the business actually operates.
Not by default. Pages are created only when they serve a distinct buyer need and can contain useful, accurate, non-duplicative information.
Legitimate customer feedback can support buyer trust and local prominence, but NovaCore does not fabricate, gate, or manipulate reviews.
When multiple markets require distinct research, content, authority development, and reporting rather than a single local foundation.
